Visiting the UK

With effect from 1 March, the Visa Section at the British Embassy in Jakarta will no longer accept paper application forms. From that date, all applications must be completed on line. Forms and guidance can be accessed through UKBA Visa Application online (www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk).

From 29 November 2010 any migrant who wants to enter or remain in the UK as the spouse/partner of a British Citizen or a person settled in the UK will need to take an English Language test with a UK Border Agency approved test provider.
